M.A., Harvard University, 2008. Spanish Literature. PhD, Harvard University, 2013 (expected). Romance Languages & Literatures (Modern Peninsular Literature); minors in Lusophone Literature and History of Art and Architecture.
Personal Biography
Originally from California, Laura has lived and studied in various areas of the world, including Spain, Mexico, France, Bolivia, Brazil, and the UK. She is currently completing a PhD in the Department of Romance Languages & Literatures at Harvard University. As a longtime student of languages, Laura understands the challenges that learning a new tongue brings, and is in a perfect position to help students devise strategies for effectively studying languages.

- Visiting student at the prestigious Colegio de México in Mexico City in 2008-2009.
