Personal Biography
Tamara stumbled into her MD/PhD training because she wanted to teach, but wasn't sure what topic. When she isn't working as a clinical and research fellow at Massachusetts General Hospital, she loves to travel (and just went 'round the world as a staff doctor for a National Geographic Expedition Tour) and bicycle. During graduate school, she worked with high school students, teaching a Leadership Training Course, and giving seminars on communication skills. Her favorite part of her MD/PhD was teaching a review course for an undergraduate pilot program in Cognition (ethics, law, and neuroscience.)
